      Good company to get in at an entry level to learn the industry and get hands on experience with different roles. Very small company everybody knows everyone.

      Not a lot of growth. The company does not promote within. No vacation/ PTO package for the first 5 years.

      Great company to work for! Lots of opportunity to work on different projects/ tasks to expand knowledge in other areas of interest. Everyone is super friendly and hardworking.

      If you are a hard worker who can rely on very minimal training and support you can succeed.

      Lack of communication, minimal training, weak management and leadership, compensation is severely under national average, minimal growth, lack of raise/compensation, one person takes on the workload of 2/3 people, high turnover due to management and lack of compensation, employee issues do not get resolved by management
