Untrustworthy Company for Employees and Clients - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Vaptech

I started with this company as OPT candidate after burning my hands with other Consulting Companies who are into same business. After working as a consultant for this company a little over 3 years from now I cannot resist by saying the following about my company Excellent pay, Well respected teams by client for delivery excellence, Excellent cliental relationship with company, Reputed pool of leaders to take up new responsibilities, fair in treating all irrespective of race and ethnic Will provide Opportunity, great learning environment, great technology, company culture promotes meritocracy, there are lots of training if one choose to have. Talent management is greats.

So Far I haven't had any of them. All Promises are kept so far

Coming from Computer Science Background and having just a novice knowledge in programming, joined this company as Java Trainee on May 2013. My manager not only worked as my couch who made me learn all the ropes of Programming but made me understand how today's corporate world work and react to the changes. This company is learning from its past and hence its a small but a very fast paced company so if you are a slow learner you have to pull up you socks and work harder
