      - good coworkers depending on the team you're in - some name recognition in Toronto

      Svantaggi

      - No internal processes for anything - mediocre pay - they pay lip service to mental health and ask in town halls to take time off, but then fill up the board with lots of tasks - pathetic company culture - culture of nepotism (this one didnt affect me personally, but it's pretty obvious when half your top leadership has the same last name) - implementing new tech badly just to fill a checklist

      - I feel like my voice is head and I can make change happen - I am in control of my work and how I do it - WFH, flexible hours, work away policy

      - It is a larger company so you don't have much control over stuff like budget, larger policies etc. but that is to be expected
