I worked at Varick for over two years, and they have done an excellent job for a startup company overall. I think the people who have wrote negative things about this company need to tell their managers and/or President what is bothering them, and come up with ideas in how to improve the company instead of keeping it bottled up inside and not doing anything about it. Senior team really wants to help people grow and for this company to be a great place to work. Great place to learn about the industry and awesome culture.

I think most of the issues with this company are from it being a startup, and most of the operational problems that are happening stem from communication issues, or perhaps the Senior team is unaware of them. It's not the best when it comes to pay in the industry, but the perks and working with awesome people help make it worth it.
