Everyone from the presisdent down are really great people that make an honest effort to work with each other and get the best possible service and products out the door. Gossip and infighting is activly discouraged. The company makes every possible effort to fix issues personel may have (although this is usually reactive rather than proactive). Compensation is above industry average.

Like all well established companies, there is a slight resitance to change. Although as of late we have seen a real shift towards resolving this.

Same jobs nothing really changes

Welding boss has some real mental issues, if u don't work in the office he treats u like garbage, u ask him something and he looks right threw u till u walk away or he will grunt if ur lucky
