Work life balance, including managers that come in for like four hours a day. Travel is fun and the team has a good energy to it. Finland HR is wonderful.

The company isn’t doing well at all. Management all knew each other before getting hired so there’s an inappropriate bias at that upper level. Desperate to hit an unattainable quota. People leave and the position doesn’t get replaced. Micromanaging of account executives. No career path because they can’t hire or need new headcount. Managers get title changes and promotions while the rest of the team struggles to get by since they never can hit quota. All the best employees in the US and Helsinki have left.

Some of the best coworkers from one side of the globe to the other. Easy to work with, a wealth of knowledge to be shared, interesting conversations, and most of all put in a team effort. The heart and soul of what makes the company work. Solid quality hardware, albeit sometimes a bit rushed to production, that provides some of the best vr and mixed reality pass through for a variety of use cases.

Difficult management- Either due to lack of experience, the lack of being within the region, or serious ego. They will over work you for half of the year due to reluctance to backfill a critical roll, specially in the regions that dont have the same legal protections as Europe, disregard the numerous requests for assistance/additional compensation for the extra volume of work, and when you finally have complained/become burnt out from the additional load then suddenly your the problem. They don't know why your work ethic has slumped. Poor work life balance if your in anything technical-You are expected to sacrifice your work life balance without complaint as upper management allows time for themselves or the people that they are close to outside of work, who they have put in key positions. If you don't use it you are punished by them taking it away from you without acknowledgment that they created the circumstances by maininating a low staff to where you couldn't. Pay-Bare Min for an entery level position but then continues to be low. 60k is far below market for Sr. Positions(can't speak for male salaries) specially within DC it is not at all a fair wage for the work required(3 to 4 days in office/paying your own parking) and when you bring that up your reminded by the General Manager that he doesn't get raises so you shouldn't complain.
