      On time salary, 5 days week, some good tools used for project management. Established product . This is all that this company has good in it.

      Very strict processes for employees. Feels like we are back to school Weak HR team. Verbal HR queries are not entertained and written request is not even acknowledged. They remain unanswered for months at a stretch Unlimited powers given to mid management who openly misuse them Expert in finding mistakes in employees upto a level that the employee may loose his entire confidence. No opportunity for professional enhancement. The only training provided is to how to keep your mouth shut. And yes, how to report same thing in 10 different ways. You are the best person for the company if you have the skills of buttering, you know how to work less and show more.

      Dear Employee, Thanks to appreciate the tools used at Varologic to manage project. We do agree that we work in discipline as that’s is the way to manage large team and keep them focus. we tried to be fair and equal to all. Every member at Varologic is responsible for their work including HR and having written HR request will definitely improve quality of response team get. Please do not take things negatively, all senior and mid-level management member are there to help team member in growing their capabilities. We always believe in improving team’s performance and their caliber. Training only helps to bring better out of team. Everyone comes to work only to work, gone are those days of “babus and buttering”, this is highly professional company and top level management is highly skilled and capable to know and understand who doing what. Do spend some time on learning, improving your skill and doing productive job, it will help you in your career to be better professional. Good luck mate.

      Varologic growing year by year. Previously we were only 5 employee in Gandhinagar and now we reached to 60 in Ahmedabad. And along with Company myself also grown in all terms either knowledge wise, skill wise, designation, financially in almost all aspects. I really appreciate Management and HR Team for giving us so much comfort and opportunities to work here. In this duration I have seen Company working on work-life balance rule which really Motivate me and really thankful from bottom of my heart for such great Rule. I really appreciate HR team for looking after us time to time and entertain us by various games and events. Apart from salary Company do expense on Events, Release activity, Infrastructure, New Technology & latest software that again boost us to work with Varologic. Again I appreciate for the appraisal process which is very transparent and every year it give us big smile on our face when we receive yearly appraisal. Flexible timings, quarterly review, yearly appraisal, comfortable policies, good events, good colleagues, Management, PM, office boy too :-) all have made my life more easy and enjoyable. To work on Ecommerce was My Dream which finally it Comes True Here at Varologic. Working on ecommerce project is one of my best experience because when we started working on this project at that time we were having few visitors now our site appearing in top best 20 sites of UK.
