Varologic growing year by year. Previously we were only 5 employee in Gandhinagar and now we reached to 60 in Ahmedabad. And along with Company myself also grown in all terms either knowledge wise, skill wise, designation, financially in almost all aspects. I really appreciate Management and HR Team for giving us so much comfort and opportunities to work here. In this duration I have seen Company working on work-life balance rule which really Motivate me and really thankful from bottom of my heart for such great Rule. I really appreciate HR team for looking after us time to time and entertain us by various games and events. Apart from salary Company do expense on Events, Release activity, Infrastructure, New Technology & latest software that again boost us to work with Varologic. Again I appreciate for the appraisal process which is very transparent and every year it give us big smile on our face when we receive yearly appraisal. Flexible timings, quarterly review, yearly appraisal, comfortable policies, good events, good colleagues, Management, PM, office boy too :-) all have made my life more easy and enjoyable. To work on Ecommerce was My Dream which finally it Comes True Here at Varologic. Working on ecommerce project is one of my best experience because when we started working on this project at that time we were having few visitors now our site appearing in top best 20 sites of UK.

I will say there are two side of coins and it is on us only to see select which part of coin i.e. either positive or negative.

I am working since last 6 years during this period Company improved in all terms but here I will share my experience as an HR Manager. All policies are created looking to employee satisfaction first & I am proud that I am also a part in creation of these policies. I will say very "Employee Oriented Management". Each and every department process, work well defined & in very organized manner. From Interview to Joining, Confirmation, Appraisal till Exit all well-defined no confusion at all. Salary structure very well defined as per experience plus skills and qualification too. Along with birthday celebration we do many festive celebrations, new joinee's welcome celebration even good bye celebration too. Lots of other events Company do for employee refreshment. Company do have employee referral policy which is an extra pocket money for us :-) Good Performer always rewarded. Good hierarchy set by management so very easy for employee to get solution for any problem. Last month Company completed 9 years & arranged outing at Riparian Resort near Baroda everything was pre-planned from pick point to drop point really enjoyed a lot. I really feel proud and satisfaction with Varologic as everything well defined so I rarely come across to any issue related to employee’s dissatisfaction. And lastly my all suggestions [which is always in favor of employee’s, I am too an employee :-) ] always welcome & appreciated by Management.
