Varonis pays well. The people hired are mostly good quality people. The job itself can be versatile and provides very good ground for experiecing all kinds of platforms and gaining knowledge.
Svantaggi
The environment is very stressfull and unpleasent- the boss seems to think it is a good strategy to yell at the employees and treat them like soldiers. It is also an open space environment which makes concentrating even harder and contributes to the stress. You are required to work hard, spend most of your time at work, even weekends, and are not always appriciated for it. There is a certain amount of manipulation even. It feels like the benefits given come at a price and are not a right.
