Be ready to get mico managed, and not even by your boss, but by your co-workers! I started off learning the demo of the product and it was way too scripted. Took me about 2-3 months to finally get it down. I went on my first call with the customer and the job just felt like i was making cold calls. I promised myself that would be my last call at this company. Luckily I had a feeling this would happen so I applied to jobs a month earlier, got a new job the day of my first and last call at Varonis and you guessed it; couldn't be happier to put in my 2 week notice!
