If you get hired, disregard your contract because nothing they tell you will remain the same. But, if you like the rules of your job changing frequently and without notice, this might work for you. This is what they mean
by being flexible.
This company is very disorganized without clear direction. They're expanding and they love to hold meetings to brag about company growth but don't show any genuine appreciation for the employees. They have taken micromanaging to the next level. Employees are treated like children. Every second of your day must be accounted for. Don't make a mistake or you'll be met with passive-aggressive managers. They expect new people to be perfect and very fast to meet their demands. No one can stay in this kind of negative environment for long.
