Excellent working conditions and in the main a highly skilled workforce, one of the better paid companies in the Almondbank area.

Svantaggi

Very poor production management, almost to the point that the site would function better without them. Clueless in all disciplines that make a good management team.

The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
