Very Supportive of Family, Senior Management team in Canada very supportive and friendly. Seemed to take very good care of their employees and viewed them as assets.

Local Management team members (Not All) inadequate, had tendencies to show favoritism.

The pay was good to start but raises are almost non existent. Three percent was the maximum and management would find any reason they could to reduce it to nothing. We were producing aircraft in record times and they still took away all our bonuses. Poor management from the Vice President has caused them to lose multiple contracts.

Management is uneducated and make fundamental errors in decision making.
