Management is biased, practices favoritism, and offers no opportunities for career growth; you’ll remain in the same role and salary regardless of performance. Despite generating revenue, the company prioritizes saving costs for the family owners, leaving staff with no welfare or benefits. The management is extremely stingy and enforces unfair employment contracts, often bullying employees rather than supporting them.
