A lot of smart and amazing people who are kind and very supportive. I truly enjoy most of the people I work. Free snacks. CEO seems like a smart and genuine person. The company is ambitious and trying to scale. The company has a lot of potential to grow.

Every company that is scaling has its growing pains, but there are some employees who are stuck in their old ways with an old school mentality, which have hindered the company's growth. If you ask 5 different people how to resolve one issue, you can receive 5 different solutions and it uncertain which solution is the correct one. No path/roadmap for growth. It seems like you work hard and hope someone will offer an opportunity to move up. Need to update a lot of tools and processes in order to compete with its competitors. Some people are hard to work with because they are quick to judge and lack patience. Growing company that needs to modernize, build a solid structure and groom or hire leaders with an open mind with a goal to innovate. Joined this company more than a year ago with an open mind and a drive to innovate, but it never felt like I had a voice nor were my ideas taken seriously. I truly want this company to succeed, but there is a reason why their rating is 3.1. Not the worst place to work, but there are other better opportunities elsewhere. Benefits aren't great.

Have a new facility to work in

Most unappreciated upper management I've ever worked for. Upper management is working/scared of the VC that owns/runs them, All they are worried about is numbers to report to VC board. Upper management is very unappreciated of the work force on the floor doing the daily operations. Trying to grow to fast, with no direction to work force, upper management have a bunch of fancy titles and puppets that are answering to their bosses to keep their jobs, but have no clue how the operations on the floor actually work. They think they have a happy work force, but most people on the floor doing the daily work hate their jobs,
