      Dynamic startup environment. Lots of scope to grow and expand self development. Open organisational structure, able to freely talk to founders. Management try to be responsive to customer requirements

      Some staff members treat staff as 'numbers' versus people who add value. Senior management try to combat this where possible. At times a little chaotic.

      They are serious with the employee treatment. They have a good communication between company and employee. Their salary range is in the average of Madrid.

      The company is a bit far from the city centre. When yoou are not working inside a client offices it is so long to get the office.
