Vector has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, and continues to take steps to see where we can simplify, streamline, and improve our operations as evidenced in our annual “Big Rocks.” Each acquisition brings about unique opportunities, and as there is no one-size-fits-all formula, we strive to focus our processes to be as efficient as possible. While Vector did take some steps to protect our team members’ job operations, we are confident that those actions allowed the company to remain stable and successful throughout the year while also setting us up for a strong start to 2021.
