Big decisions for Columbus Support come from overseas (Russia mainly) giving the impression that upper management in Columbus really doesn't have a say in much. Despite what recruiters claim, this is a call center. Expect back to back calls and a large case load. Management feels out of touch with the needs of employees. We've been remote for about 6 months now and half of us (team leads included) would like to leave Columbus and continue working remotely indefinitely but there is no serious talk about any length of remote work guarantee and we're all expected to stay in Columbus in the meantime. Even new hires from across the country are expected to relocate to Columbus despite serious talk amidst half of support of a desire to stay remote indefinitely.
