- Not a great place to work. Stay away. - Managers are pathetic specially non-technical managers. - Micro management, no I would say nano management. - Just update Jira tickets—skip the real work, and you'll still grow. - What is Hike? - most of the managers are unable to handle teams more than 8 members. - They will say 100% automation but they are just words. Your whole time will went in manual efforts - Daily triage that too manual and only script updates. - Triaging and fixing scripts won't count as measurable effort, yet you'll spend 80% of your time on it. - Lengthy processes even for small updates. - Framework is at its saturation point. It is in maintainance mode. - If you raise concerns, don’t expect support—managers are more likely to defend than resolve them. - You’ll get WFH, but no real work-life balance—just the illusion of it.
