Always feel like slaves. They want their employees to do a month work within a week and if that is not done they called you on weekends and make you sit in the office overnight. Family and work life balance is totally imbalance, they think their employees doesn't have family. Team lead doesn't have any professionalism, they don't know how to speak with their juniors. No functional knowledge of the project, they give you an HTML page and wants to do development on that page without knowing the requirements, there documentation at all to start a development. Beware about fake reviews which is uploaded by the HR person.
