There is no as such work load and no extra working hours.

Management gets personal sometimes which is not acceptable.

1) lots of politics in the office 2) higher management won't listen to you even if the culture is very toxic 3) they will treat you like a slave and stack lots of workload on you 4) pick clients for money no standard or quality 5) Team leader h "Harsh" very rude and knows how to trash someone that's it. No knowledge at all just shouting on everyone.

1) No HRs to manage in the office and even if they were, due to office politics they will be handicap 2) Both of the people in higher management are extremely ignorant towards their employees mental health 3) they pay you peanuts for too much work and if they can't give you increament they will terminate you or force you to resign in exchange of speaking good in your new office's verification call 5) no culture and value
