Toxic environment: friends before colleagues. You get stuck on old, boring projects while the new hires get the new exciting work. The one MD misplaced his screw driver and sent a mail threatening to fire the person who stole it!! The other MD lacks mentoring skills and threatens your intelligence (juniors beware!!). The company doesn't chase profits. Be prepared to be stuck on the same salary for a long time.
