Generally people are kind and care about each other and the work they are doing. When we are working on project teams that span x2 timezones, we work really well together and consider the timezone differences an advantage to doing business.

Times have changed and it's not as professional at Velocity as it once was. More consistent training and guidance for junior / inexperienced team members is needed.

Exciting clients, great management, and above all, a really switched on group of people. Its refreshing to be able to confidently rely on your colleagues to consistently deliver top quality work.
