The people culture here is also very much casual, fun and GENUINELY open to new ideas and still echos the startup spirit.

Growing pains as you would expect and some communication issues at times as is expected with a company that grows and changes as rapidly as Velocity. There's also going to be a lot of work at times as is common in this industry during certain seasons as well as because of the aforementioned growing pains.
