Great Company - Recensione dipendente - Coach presso Velocity Sports Performance Franchise Systems

I love the people I work with and the clients we serve. Coworkers and management are very knowledgable and are willing to teach. I can't speak highly enough of them. I've learned more working here in 1 year than 4 years in college.

It's a smaller company so if you don't like that environment it would be a con. Not for me though.

Hours for Athlete Recruiter position were 10am-4pm and the coaching began at 4pm and could go until 8 or 9pm depending on schedule and amount of private sessions.

Pay is terrible, the owner refuses to supply anything for staff which could help improve operations, facility upkeep, or legitimacy of business. Upper management constantly puts lower ranking employees against each other searching for ways to lower pay/hours. NO BENEFITS, even when working up to 50hrs wk
