The Company turned a corner a while ago with some of the more abusive types being let go or heeled - The culture of fear has dissipated - Others would not agree though.
There are lot worse places out there - I've work at them.

Read the reviews and decide - I haven't seen one that I thought was made up - Work \ Life balance would be the big one.
Too many "facilitators", not enough "do-ers" at the moment.
I don't know if they have the technical capability to take themselves to the next level of Cloud Services - This may be an opportunity for some, but you'll probably be too busy on "break\fix" to move the place forward anyway...
