Very driven and goal-oriented organization. Many of the people who work together in the Oakville office still feel like family and value the relationships they have built and the human aspect of people.

Initially being acquired by a larger company was exciting. We continued to do 'business as usual.' There was an obvious need to make a more seamless experience for all customers. We were initially excited to merge with the team members in the same departments in other locations. This ended up being a nightmare. The company has changed into one that states its values out loud but the actions by some Executive team members are anything but these values. The political environment has made some ego's so big that you can't get around the puffed-out chest. What once was an amazing place to work, where you feel valued and appreciated, is now a thing of the past. It's very disheartening because the vision and values stated are great but when not back up by actions time and time again, it gets very depressing and sad. What once I would have rated as a company to stay with forever is now one where the water cooler talk is that they are scared to talk to certain Executive team members. People are keeping their mouths closed to keep their jobs. The joy in so many people has gone out.

constant changes that are difficult to try to keep up with. Depending on what team you are on, you could have a very different experience at work from other teams as some managers are very hands on and others are hands off.
