Nightmare boss - Recensione dipendente - Graphic Designer and Manager presso Velotex

Upper management is extremely rude. Will tell you to do something and then gaslight and disrespect you for doing it. Ridiculous amounts of overtime expected. Working condition is not the best. Old PCs but you're expected to do the work of 5 people in a workroom that is lifeless and not well kept. Work load is unbearable. Besides having to do time consuming design work on slow equipment you also have to work the cutting machinery for transfer vinyls and stickers. And you also have to do quality assurance on the garments being put together and manage the production entirely.
