You get paid. I got paid way over market salary here as that was the only way I would work for these people. The worst kind of managers and owners who would be-little people, bully them into doing what they wanted and overworked them. The office is in the CBD which meant I could interview for other companies during my lunch break, I joined a direct competitor across the street who actually treat me like a person and a valuable employee. They are good at convincing you the culture and problems are a thing of the past. They are NOT. This is a horrid place to work.

There are so so many. If I can say, if you are thinking about joining this company, all of the bad reviews on here are so honest and true. All the positive ones are clearly fake. Those with half a brain wouldnt join this company unless it was for a massive salary. You may as well get paid for being treated like dirt.
