The management never tried to micromanage me. They just assigned clients and left it to to keep them happy.

I was supposed to cater to the needs of different clients and keep them satisfied. To achieved that goal, I often had to stretch myself too thin. At such times, I didn't think they paid me well enough or cared for my contributions enough.

Truly nothing. I find the place grossly unprofessional and moderately toxic.

The leadership in the company is terrible. No one on the management team has a bright idea of their own. It is beyond bizarre. High turnover rate of people. Their ideas are numb and not enough to stimulate us to work harder. There are so many complaints about them them, but they are not being heard. This all makes
