I think that's awesome because they aren't trading out employees for better ones. They invest in the ones they have. - We get access to Friedman and that is cool because it teaches you about sales. Im grateful for it because no matter what job I have in the future that class is applicable and I can pull from it.

- Sometimes there are late nights. - I wish we had more printed standards and less word of mouth. - I don't think people are ready for the level of professionalism that is expected when they apply. It isn't a con, but I think people have a hard time initially separating the nature of what we sell versus out company culture.
