It serves as a great starting point for any person who wants to learn basic traits of recruitment/executive search business. The MD is very patient and a lot of hand holding happens during the work. Worked for 2 years and spent a good amount of time learning a lot of new things within the business

They are not such a good pay masters. Office is also located at not such a great locality. Retention is a major issue as the company is not willing to pay as per current industry norms
