Our new Chief Claims Officer (Awais Farooq) is heavily focused on growth, which will open advancement opportunities. New programs are being onboarded and existing clients are expanding. The three TPA operations have strong reputations within the industry, which is the result of the dedication and daily effort put forth by the claims staff to deliver an exceptionally high service level and quality claims handling.
