Where to begin? Management tries to "motivate" via intimidation of employees. My manager at the time (who is no longer there) once got nose to nose to me with clenched fists to try and "motivate" a different answer out of me while brainstorming on an account. I once saw a manager physically put his hands on an employee to bring him into the conference room to yell at him. I had to take a few days off for a family emergency and my loyalty to the company was questioned to my entire department in a meeting, literally while my kid was having an operation. The company culture demands obedience and bootlicking and frowns upon employees with families. Management always wants to be the "smartest guys in the room" and they are easily threatened by anyone with previous industry experience who might understand something better than them. They lure in new sales reps promising "uncapped commission" which turns out to be the first thing they threaten to take away. Very poor crisis management. I was encouraged to bully clients. I felt sick going to that toxic office every day. Tacchi thinks he is the next Steve Jobs. He is not. It's what I would imagine working for the Trump Administration would be like, but without the money or prestige. A toxic place filled with callous and dishonest people.
