- good management - very flexible hours - disability friendly Management was amazing. First job I had where management was very blunt and clear about expectations and had no hard feelings that I wasn't up to the job. I really wish I could have stayed if only because the whole office was so chill. Very disability friendly as well.

- rude callers - typical call center cons - no parking People you call assume you're a scammer and can be really mean or think they are pulling one over by wasting time haha. Paid by the hour, so they aren't, but I'll admit it gets frustrating. 1/3 of callers assume it is a scam call.

It’s money that is made through spreading hateful and false narratives around the country via telephone. They are directly responsible for the evil we are seeing play out right now but hey at least you don’t have to apply yourself right. Oh and by flexible schedule they mean “work when we say or don't work”
