Poor planning from management results in last-minute tasks and unnecessary pressure on technicians. Employee benefits are very minimal compared to workload and expectations. Medical coverage is extremely limited and does not meet basic needs for staff. Attendance allowance of RM100/month has too many deductions, making it pointless. Sometimes the allowance drops to as low as RM6/month without clear explanation. Lack of transparency in how deductions are calculated for allowances.
