look at this company's poor NPS score. And then read my review. These days office politics sadly cannot be avoided. But in this company middle and line managers are political animals. They go to any extent to crush anybody who questions or challenges them. Senior Management thinks they figured it all out only for their buddies at lower and middle management to show otherwise. Talk to anybody in any group. They will show how dirty and extensive their politics is. Dev Managers and line managers routinely watch youtube videos, don't show up for work under some reason or the other. They become managers by kissing up to some of the senior managers who now occupy top leadership positions from the legacy companies. So any worker who offers better ideas and suggestions are threats to their authority by these managers. They crush ideas by dividing and making teammates fight each other. In the program management it is still worse. These folks have corner offices and play music watch videos and the only role they do is to reward their buddies with some manager post in some group. This is the main reason why this company's management plainly sucks. It is not one or two groups. It is almost all the groups as it is widespread because these are managers who were put in place by these program and other senior managers.
