Benefits are good here. You may have the opportunity to work from home but that depends on what group you're in. Its accepted in some groups others not so much. There are really good talented people here.

ABB Enterprise has a horrible reputation for sugar coating. They are really good at it. This place is the absolute worst. We literally had 3 CEO's in one year and they never addressed it. They laid off a number of employees, never addressed it. People misbehave and are VERY unprofessional, they don't address it. It's a very hostile environment and they allow it. You can't go to the group that should handle those types of issues but please don't waste your time; they will let you down. Trust me, they always "LOOK THE OTHER WAY" Its like they hide behind the parent company expecting all the bad things to go away because they have integrated. Do not be fooled, it's the same place. Same weak leadership and upper management that pride themselves on never addressing issues. They paint a picture of what this place should be and what they believe it to be but it's nothing like that. Employees are underappreciated. They pay well because they have to, no one wants to work here and they know it. If I had to guess I would honestly say majority of the employees here are miserable. This company doesn't know how to treat people nor does it know anything about the industry it's in. Be aware. No policies, no procedures, no morals or ethics. You be the judge.
