I worked with some very cool people, however the main topic of conversation was how much they hated the work environment and conditions.....basically the whole way the company was ran. But they only pro is there were some fun people to work with...a handful though.

Dirty, Dusty and Degrading work environment.....Detrimental to one's physical, mental and emotional well being. They basically hire and fire people left and right....I made the cut....not sure if that was a good thing. Always made to feel stupid even though you are not. No Appreciation what so ever....basically made to feel incompetent. No Management system that was consistent and Procedures would change frequently without communication. They do not allow any music to be played, any drinks at desk.....strict on menial things.
