Great work environment, good low level management. Easy to come into work and just do your job.

No standardized training veolia-wide. THey throw you into th epit of fire with no start training and act surprised when you don't know certain things. After this role is Account manager which is stressful and rarely has any openings. They also don't know what they are doing.
