Huge potential. Really good people at lower levels in parts of the business whose values align with the global environmental values in the business. Some parts of the business managed well and appears from the outside to perform well overall as a result.

No leadership at an executive level beyond immediate BU manager. Some are good but too focused on waste and old school bin flipping business. Just short term decisions with no strategic view. Micro management with no delegation for BU managers to make decisions on resources. Executive focused on cost savings and safety stats without investing resources in the business to train and provide systems that work. the immediate financials are the only focus and Veolia don’t pay well.
