Management seemed oblivious to poor moral and ignored advice and feedback despite having very poor staff retention. I'd seen VNS change in my time towards a 'hire and fire' attitude which is not sustainable. The stress put on people was huge, with little to no recognition of good work or achievements unless you were friends with management. A lot of time, money and development was spent on management, this was not the chase for engineers.
