      - great people, very easy to communicate even with higher management - you'll work with other interns who are also approachable - workload is balanced, you'll pick what tasks you prefer

      - internship has no given allowance (don't know if they've changed that now) - remote internship, can be a con if you prefer learning something more hands-on
