As far as the technology and products go, they have a clear "cause" behind them, which helps with motivation amongst the many groups. It is easier to work toward a goal if you can share the vision. In any company, you may have to ask around to get answers that seem simple. This is no different at Verance. Also, some processes may be frustratingly slow. But I have found in my experience that this is a blessing in disguise... Verance strikes a beautiful balance of pace that allows for more thoughtful solutions rather than the "all hands on deck" speedy mentality of many digital companies.
