We’re also working hard to keep our community engaged and have dedicated community managers just for that. We’re working hard to make sure the quality of the community is high and, as we communicated in the forum, we perform periodic quality checks that might require freezing up certain accounts. Verbit and our transcriber community is growing. While this will result in more jobs, it also means that it’s harder to be in direct communication as previous community managers may have been.
