      Enjoyed going to work everyday, there was never a day that was the same. The people in the office are supportive and want you to succeed. The upper management was very open, you could go to them about anything, especially if you felt you needed a pep talk when the day was taxing. If I didnt move then I would still be there, I wouldn't be in the position I am in today if it weren't for the experience and support of the whole VeriCore team.

      The promotions took time however they want to make sure you fully understand your role and the role that you are going in to. They do not want to set you up for failure.

      It's legitimately an opportunity for one of the front line sales reps to make six figures. It won't happen overnight, but the clients you bring in are coded with your sales number, so the longer you are there the more money you can make. I was always treated well by management and experienced success. Definitely have some reps there making money, both in sales and collections. Honest company where the expectations are laid out in front of you and you are given plenty of feedback on how to improve. Great hours!

      Can be a grind if you are not used to phone sales where metrics are on display for everyone to see. It's not "micro-management"...it's called MANAGEMENT. Those that don't like being held accountable don't last long. Those that take feedback as a way to improve don't mind it at all. Gotta be sharp and quick to overcome objections and alert for opportunities during a call.
