Thank you for taking the time to share this. It's great to hear that the people, the autonomy, and the opportunity to grow have stood out in your first year. Those are things we genuinely care about, so it means a lot when they show up in someone's day-to-day experience.
Your feedback on executive alignment and product buy-in is heard. It's something leadership is actively working on: clearer prioritization, tighter GTM and product collaboration, and making sure strategic direction is felt at every level, not just at the top. There's real work to do here, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
