It was a Monday - Friday job so I had the weekends off

They implemented a new sales model that did not benefit the new hires at all. I would follow all of the advice from the team leads and trainers, but they had changed the sales set-up to where it would only benefit those that had established clientele. I was even shamed one day by one of the CEO's for not eating a doughnut. I have a health condition that makes me pre-diabetic and I was treated poorly for it. This company only focuses on profit, they have zero interest for the employees. Face value, they pretend that they have interest in their employees, but they honestly only care for their own pockets.
