Too many to list but here are a few: 1) After acquisition, adhoc and hapless management with no planning or proper decision making 2) Too much politics, old timers are dictators/directors in the company and dont care about anyone except themselves. Many have made their relatives or spouse as manager of other teams 3) Unlike earlier times, it is no longer an employee friendly organization. Most of the bosses of team are useless in the market so have never changed companies and stayed there for 15+ years and become directors. Many of the flock where laid off and rejoined in others teams through reference as they are completely outdated in the market 4) Learning curve is 0 in the current company be in whatsoever team you are in 5) "Dictators" use profanities at will against employees. They have laid back attitude and come to office at noon. So employees follow suit and to give them company till night. 6) Too much micro management by them and people revolting against them will be fired at will 7) Job security is zero and any one can be laid off anytime or asked to leave within 1 day

Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
