      prefers people over extravagancy (very important when the high-tech crushes), work is interesting

      Svantaggi

      doesn't pay as much, do not invest enough on its employees: courses, and development, fun out days, compensation for extra effort (although management demands extra ordinary effort...) It's not clear with its employees as it presents itself.

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.
